What is included in the one-off setup fee?
The one-time setup fee of £280 per state includes initial registration for sales tax purposes in each state, nexus determination, and the setup of your account in our system to ensure accurate and efficient sales tax filing.
How do you determine if I have a nexus in a state?
Our team conducts a comprehensive analysis of your business activities on a daily basis, including sales volume, physical presence, and other criteria as defined by state laws, to accurately determine if you have a nexus and are required to file sales tax in that state.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in providing flexible solutions to our clients. Please contact our support team for assistance with cancellation.
What happens if I start selling in more states?
If you expand your business and start selling in more states, simply inform us, and we will adjust your service to include the new states. Additional states will be subject to the same £50 monthly fee and £280 one-off setup fee per state.
What happens if I require Home Rule City sales tax?
The monthly fee for these services is £249. We charge a one-time fee of £280 for sales tax registration and filing, plus a recurring monthly fee of £120 for each state where you meet the Nexus requirements. Please note that some states may also require city-level charges for sales tax registration and filing and the fee will be £280 per registration and £120 a month per city.
